POSITION TITLE: UX Content Designer (Niche)
POSITION LOCATION: Hybrid (1–3 days onsite)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a UX Content Designer to join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering clear, effective, and user-centered digital experiences. This role will focus on creating and optimizing content, helping users better understand and navigate financial products and services.
The ideal candidate will bring strong UX writing and content design experience, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive, actionable language. This individual will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders, while also engaging with legal and compliance teams to ensure content meets regulatory standards.
This is a contract-only role with strong potential for extension (up to 3 years total), offering the opportunity to work on high-impact personalization initiatives within a regulated, fast-paced environment.
