We are actively building our preferred subcontractor network and are seeking skilled, reliable trade partners who want to establish a long-term working relationship with a professional and organized builder.

As a Blue Star subcontractor, you will be considered for ongoing and upcoming residential projects based on your trade, availability, and service area.

Varies by trade but may include:

• Performing trade-specific installation, construction, or repair work
• Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications

• Maintaining jobsite organization and safety
• Meeting all applicable codes, standards, and Blue Star quality expectations

• Active trade license (if required by state/local regulations)
• Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship
• Own tools, equipment, and transportation
• General liability insurance (Certificate of Insurance required)
• Ability to manage schedule and workload independently
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable communication and professional conduct

• Project-based or negotiated per scope
• Payment terms defined in subcontractor agreement
