Salary: $193,300 - 261,500 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• We require 5+ years of programming experience in at least one software language
• We require 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture for new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling
• We require experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead
• We value a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and embedded concepts
• We expect proficiency in C, C++, Java, Rust, or a similar language in a Linux environment
• We require experience with Linux package management, version control systems, automated build processes, and software unit testing
• We prefer 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• We prefer a bachelors degree in computer science or an equivalent background

• We are looking for someone to build virtualized, hardware-accelerated solutions for EC2 disk instances at global scale
• We want you to work across the full technology stack, from low-level hardware optimization to higher-level frameworks
• We need someone who can solve complex performance optimization problems at massive scale
• We expect you to help shape product strategy while contributing to infrastructure that powers modern cloud computing and AI/ML workloads
