Job Description
You’re the last line of defense between a safe, delicious product and a costly recall. As a Quality Technician on the 1st shift in Grand Rapids, you’ll patrol five production lines, performing hourly checks, logging results, and flagging any issues—whether it’s a mislabel, allergen risk, or sanitation lapse. It’s fast-paced, detail-heavy, and mission-critical. If you’ve ever caught a typo in a recipe and thought, “That’s not right,” this job’s for you. Bonus: no need to binge-watch food safety documentaries—you’ll be living one.

Your day starts at 7:55 a.m. and runs until 4:00 p.m., with hourly quality checks across multiple lines. You’ll monitor HACCP points, verify allergen protocols, ensure sanitation standards, and document everything precisely. You’ll also manage product holds, retain samples, and support test runs or audits as needed.
