As part of the team, the Analyst will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, including sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions; divestitures and spin-off engagements; capital-raising (debt and equity); special committee engagements; direct investments and co-investments; and, more broadly, evaluation of strategic alternatives.ResponsibilitiesThe Analyst will be an ambitious self-starter with a proven record of creative and resourceful problem solving. The candidate will be interested in a career in investment banking and eager to learn. We are seeking an academically and professionally accomplished Analyst with the ability to multitask. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
