To accomplish this, ongoing flexibility to analyze financial aspects of the Cybersecurity portfolio across the global enterprise is critical. We are searching for a Business Analyst with financial acumen to join our team. Prior experience building tools and templates necessary to analyze portfolio, program, and project financial health is ideal for this role.• Work with Cybersecurity leaders to maintain existing and create new tools and templates used to analyze the financial health of the program.• Create and report on the rollup view of CapEx budget and spending.• Review and assess CapEx spend with Cybersecurity Directors and Managers.• Collaborate closely with FP&A to support financial reporting improvements.• Verify allocations, rates, end dates, timesheets and contracts for all current FTEs and Contractors.• Identify risk related to time reporting inconsistencies and anomalies and work closely with the Manager or Project Manager to manage the risk.• Model funding allocations to receive the best outcome for the portfolio budget.• Support Cybersecurity leaders with financial aspects of their portfolio.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of combined hands-on execution of portfolio analysis.• Experience developing analysis tools within Excel and other tools to support portfolio analysis.• Strong process coordination skills including scoping, standardization, prioritization, and risk/issues communication.• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks with tight delivery deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Experience working with technology leaders and stakeholders.• Very well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver.• Collaborative team player• Excellent spoken and written communication skills – both with internal stakeholders across all levels and external vendors• Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Power BI and other tools to produce accurate analysis.MUST HAVESAcknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
